Conjugation Machine

Turkish verb conjugator

See exactly how Turkish verbs are built — suffix by suffix.

Turkish conjugation confuses a lot of learners because the endings seem to change constantly. They do change, but they follow rules. This conjugator shows you those rules in action. Pick any verb from the list, choose your tense and form, and see all six pronouns conjugated at once with every suffix colour-coded. The stem, the tense marker, the person ending — each one separated so you can see the structure, not just memorise the output. Grammar notes, exceptions and real usage examples are included for every verb so you always know not just how to conjugate it, but when and why to use it.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

  • How Turkish present continuous tense works across all persons

  • How vowel harmony determines which suffix form to use

  • How the negative suffix slots in between the stem and the tense marker

  • How question particles work and where they sit in the word

  • Which verbs behave irregularly and what the pattern behind that irregularity is

  • How to read a conjugated Turkish word and identify every part of it

Interactive Game

Kim Kiminle Nerede?

A random Turkish sentence generator with a twist — every combination is grammatically correct, and completely absurd.

Kim Kiminle Nerede generates random Turkish sentences by mixing real subjects, companions, places, verbs and time phrases. The combinations are unexpected, often funny, and always grammatically correct. Each sentence comes fully annotated so you can see exactly how it is built: which suffix marks the companion, which marks the place, how the verb conjugates, and what the time phrase is doing. You are not studying grammar. You are just reading something ridiculous in Turkish and absorbing how the language works along the way.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

  • How ile works as a companion marker

  • How the locative (-de/-da/-te/-ta) marks where something happens and why the consonant changes between d and t

  • How time expressions sit in a Turkish sentence and what position they naturally fall into

  • New vocabulary for people, places, verbs and time expressions picked up through repeated exposure rather than memorisation
