OVERVIEW

This policy applies to all private lesson packages at Turkish Academy
(Bronze, Silver, and Gold plans). Please read it carefully before
booking your lessons.

BRONZE PLAN
------------
- No cancellations or rescheduling are permitted.
- Missed or cancelled lessons are forfeited.
- This plan is designed for highly motivated self-starters
with a fixed, committed schedule.
SILVER PLAN
------------
- Up to 2 advanced cancellations per package
(notice required at least 24 hours before the lesson).
- Up to 1 late cancellation per package
(less than 24 hours before the lesson).
- Rescheduling follows the same limits as cancellations.
- Any cancellations beyond these limits will be forfeited.
GOLD PLAN
----------
- Up to 3 advanced cancellations per package
(notice required at least 24 hours before the lesson).
- Up to 3 late cancellations per package
(less than 24 hours before the lesson).
- Rescheduling follows the same limits as cancellations.
- Any cancellations beyond these limits will be forfeited.
GENERAL RULES
--------------
- All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be sent
by e-mail to: info@turkish.academy
- Cancellation limits are per package, not per month.
- No-shows (missing a lesson without any notice) count as
a late cancellation and consume one of your allowances.
Bronze no-shows are forfeited immediately.
- Lessons cancelled within the allowed limits can be
rescheduled subject to availability.
- Turkish Academy reserves the right to reschedule a lesson
in cases of teacher unavailability or force majeure. In
such cases, no cancellation allowance is consumed.
HOW TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE

2. Include your name, lesson date/time, and your request
3. Wait for a confirmation from our team before considering
the cancellation or reschedule confirmed
